Video-conferencing has been available for many years; modern telepresence systems provide a great user experience, with life-size images of remote participants shown on individual screens around the table. However, their large up-front costs mean that heavy usage is needed to make the investment worthwhile.

Effective meeting control

JustMeet provides the same great user experience as telepresense, but at a tiny fraction of the cost. Everyone meets in a 3D virtual telepresence room, with the ability to look around the room and see where everyone else is looking too.

Another key advantage of our system is that you can still hear and understand when more than one person is talking at the same time. This allows a meeting to flow naturally, just like it would in the real world. Of course, if everyone is shouting at once, you won't follow what they are saying - again, just like in real life!

Share presentations

We find that the JustMeet experience makes it easier to remember your meetings; afterwards you’ll be able to picture who was sitting where, which helps you to remember the meeting as a whole.

We provide other familiar frames of reference to help with this. The in-room slide screen can easily and quickly show presentations to the other participants, even if they don't have Microsoft PowerPoint installed.
