Sending and receiving video

Receiving video

You should receive video from the other participants automatically, provided that they are successfully transmitting video. Each participant will be shown around the conference table as a video screen with their name displayed on their place card below their screen.

If you only see the default image of a participant, then they are either not transmitting video because of a camera problem, or have chosen to display the default image instead of using their camera.

Sending video

If you want to transmit video of yourself then you will need to connect a USB camera to your PC. To be sure you are selecting video from the right source, use the configuration options as described in Setting configuration options.

Reversing video

When your camera is connected and working you will see your image displayed on the user interface bar.

If you click on the mirror image icon, then your image will be reversed from left to right. Note that the mirror image icon is also reversed.

Simply click on the reversed mirror image icon to revert to the normal view.

Sending the default image

You can select the default image to be displayed instead of the output from your video camera using the configuration options as described in Setting configuration options.

The default image will then be displayed on the user interface bar.
