The conference room

When you join a JustMeet conference you enter a conference room, where you will see the other participants sat around the conference table. There is also a screen on the wall for displaying PowerPoint © presentations. N.B. The decor and appearance of the conference room that you are in may vary from the picture below. The size of the room will vary depending on the number of participants. So as people join the conference the room will grow to accommodate more people. As people leave the conference the room may shrink.

Conference participants are shown as video frames arranged around the table. Each participant has a place card in front of him or her that displays their name.

The user interface is shown as a bar underneath the conference room. It contains a video image from your own camera, and controls with which you operate JustMeet.
