Participant video screen presentation
The participant video screens are presented as follows:
Looking towards you

|
the video screen is shown facing you with their place card showing their
name. |
Looking to one side

|
the video screen is shown turned in the direction that the participant is
looking. Notice that the video screen here is angled towards your left. This
is where the participant is looking.
When the screen has turned so much that the video is too narrow to see it
properly, then the full video screen is also shown above the turned screen,
just as it is when the participant is looking away from you.
|
Looking away from you

|
the back of the video screen is shown as a transparent grey rectangle. The
full video screen is shown above the screen back, near to the ceiling of the
room.
Note that you will be able to see through the back of the video screen. |
Outside your field of view

|
a reduced size video screen is shown at side of the conference room
nearest to the participant. If there is more than one participant that is not
in your field of view, the reduced video screens of these participants will
be stacked on the appropriate sides of the display. |
Frozen video

|
a frozen video is shown. The video is frozen at the point when the
participant froze their video, and is not changed until they choose to
unfreeze their video. This is described in Privacy. |
Default image

|
The default image is displayed instead of a video image if the participant
has chosen to display the default image or if they have problems with their
camera. This is explained in Sending and receiving video. |
