Looking using look mode

|
To enter look mode click on the look mode icon. When you have pressed the
look mode icon, the centre of the icon will illuminate red, your normal mouse
cursor (arrow) will disappear from the screen, and you are in look mode. |
Once you are in look mode you can look around the room by moving your mouse
left or right. The look mode icon will move to reflect your mouse’s
movements. As you do this you will find that your viewpoint changes, and you
are able to look around the conference meeting room. You will see the room with
a conference table, the display screen, and the other participants who are
already present in the meeting. Note that forward and backwards movements of
the mouse will have no effect.
In
look mode you can also use the mouse wheel to zoom your view in and out. As you
do this the zoom slider will move to reflect your current zoom level
Once you have finished looking or adjusting your view then you can exit look
mode by clicking once with the left button of your mouse. The mouse cursor will
reappear and the centre of the look mode icon will become unlit. You are now in
cursor mode.
You can also lean over the table at any time to get a better view of a
participant or the display screen. This is explained in Leaning over the table. Note that while you are in look
mode clicking the right hand mouse button will lean you over the table.
Clicking it once more will lean you back again.
