Looking around the conference room
You can look around the conference room and zoom your view in and out. This enables
you to take a better look at the other participants, look at a specific area of
the table, look at the slides on the display screen, or zoom back and take in a
wider view.
There are two ways to do this.
The normal way to look is to use look mode which is described in section Looking using look mode.
The other way to look is to use the PC keyboard arrows. This is useful
when you need to use the mouse cursor for something else, for example to show
slides. It is described in section Looking using the keyboard.
In addition you may get a better view in either mode by leaning over the
table as described in section Leaning over the table.
We recommend that you stay zoomed out, unless you particularly need to zoom
in on something. It can become confusing if you are always zoomed in, as you
might lose track of where you are currently looking in the room or who is
speaking. Remember that if you need to look at the display screen you can also
open it in another window as described in Viewing the display
screen instead of zooming in.
