Information Messages
Information
Information messages are displayed at the bottom of the conference room,
just above the user interface bar. Here are the information messages that you
may see:

"The call has been lost" |
Occurs if you lose your connection to the server.
This message stays permanently until you close JustMeet. |
Check that you can view web pages using a web browser such as Firefox or
Internet Explorer. Close JustMeet and restart. |
"Could not open video (<device>)”, where <device>
is replaced by the name of your selected camera. |
Occurs if there is a problem opening a video device (e.g. camera).
This message displays for 10 seconds. |
Check your camera connection and operation. Your display will revert to
the default image, and you can continue participating in the meeting. |
Errors
JustMeet displays error messages in a separate popup message box. The title
of the message box will indicate the type of message, which is
“Error”. It would help greatly if you could report any errors you
encounter by email to support@just-meet.com . Please
just copy the error message into the email message, and tell us what you were
doing at the time (e.g. joining a conference, showing a slide, zooming in
etc.), and which version of Windows you are running (XP, Vista etc). Once you
have read the message, you can remove it by pressing the OK button.
Here are some possible error messages that may occur:

Try uninstalling and reinstalling PowerPoint. |
"Unable to launch PowerPoint" |
Occurs if there is a problem running PowerPoint |
Try uninstalling and reinstalling PowerPoint. |
“Unable to create the room environment” |
Occurs if there is a video problem on start up. |
Check that you are not currently running a video application.
Check 3D acceleration is enabled for your graphics card.
Check you have the correct DirectX version. |
"The application could not find the room model and will now
exit." |
There was a problem with the JustMeet program. |
Try entering the room again. If it persists contact support@just-meet.com |
"No conference room was specified. The application will now
exit." |
