Entering a conference

When you join a conference you will enter a conference room as described in  The Conference Room. You will be assigned the same configuration options as you had on your last visit to the conference room. These are:

·                     Your place card name

·                     The audio options

·                     The video source

If this is your first visit to the conference centre, then you will be assigned default settings, including the default image. You will need to configure your personal preferences as described in Setting configuration options.
