Setting configuration options
The JustMeet configuration options allow you to configure:
· The name displayed on your place card
· The audio devices you wish to use
· The video device you wish to use.
Displaying the configuration options
 The
configuration options may be displayed during a conference by clicking on the
user interface options button.
The configuration options

The configuration options popup is shown. There are three tabs, User,
Audio, and Video.
Press the OK button to accept changes that you have made and exit
configuration.
Press the Cancel button to discard changes that you have made and exit
configuration.
Press the Apply button to apply changes that you have made without exiting
configuration.

User Configuration
|
To change the user name that will appear on your place card select the User
tab. Then select the User name and edit it. The place card name is limited to
a maximum of 80 characters.
Finally save your new name with the OK button or the Apply button.
Otherwise cancel your changes with the Cancel button. |
Video Configuration
|
To change the video source select the video tab. Then press the downwards
arrow shown to the right of the current video device. A list of available
devices will be shown, including the Default Image. Select the required
device from the available list.
Finally save your selection with the OK button or the Apply button.

Audio Configuration
|
To change an audio device or the audio devices select the Audio tab. Then press
the downwards arrow shown to the right of the current Audio Input or Audio
Output device as required. A list of available devices will be shown. Select
the required device from the available list.
Finally save your selections with the OK button or the Apply button.
Otherwise cancel your changes with the Cancel button.
