The command reference
This part of the help system describes the detail of the user interface. The user interface tool bar is described in user interface.
Modes
JustMeet has two operating modes, Look Mode and Cursor Mode.
Look Mode:
In look mode you look around the conference room using the mouse. There is no cursor in this mode.

to switch to look mode so that you can look around the room using the
mouse. When you are in look mode the centre of the look icon is lit red. |

Move the mouse left or right |
|
to look around the room at different people or at the display screen. |

Use the mouse wheel |
|
to zoom in to get a better view of one person or the display screen, or
zoom out to see everyone at once. |

Right click |
|
to lean forward or back in order to see around people. |
|
Left click |
|
to exit look mode and enter cursor mode. When you are in cursor mode the
centre of the look icon is not lit and is a dull red. |
Cursor Mode:
In cursor mode you use the mouse cursor to operate JustMeet. If you are in look
mode just left click the mouse in the conference room to enter cursor mode.

window showing the display screen, so that you can get a better view of
PowerPoint presentations. |

Resize or move the
JustMeet window |

To arrange your desktop. |

Press the audio icon |
|
To toggle the audio
between muted and unmuted. When JustMeet is muted a diagonal bar is shown
across the audio icon and other people in the conference cannot hear you.
However you can still hear and see the others in the meeting. |

Press the video icon |
|
to toggle the video
between live and frozen. When JustMeet video is frozen a diagonal bar is
shown across the video icon and other people in the conference see a frozen
image from your camera. However you can still hear and see the others in the
meeting. |

Press the lean forward
button. |
|
to lean forward over the
table to get a better view of the display screen or other people in the
meeting. The button will remain pressed down while you are leaning forward. |

Press the depressed lean
forward button |
|
to return to your normal
position when you are in the leant forward position. |

Drag the zoom slider |
|
to zoom in to look at a
part of the conference table, or to zoom out to see the whole table. When you
are zoomed right in the slider will be at the top, and when you are zoomed
right out the slider will be at the bottom. |

Press the mirror image
icon |
|
to reverse your own image
from left to right. When the image is shown normally then the left side of
the icon is dark. |

Press the reversed mirror
image icon |
|
to show your image
without being reversed. When the image is shown reversed the right side of
the icon is dark. |

Press the options icon |
|
to display and adjust
configuration options. |

to display the JustMeet

|
to display JustMeet
version information. |
Hosting PowerPoint Presentations in Cursor Mode:
You can only host a PowerPoint presentation if you have Microsoft PowerPoint
installed on your PC, otherwise you will be unable to host a presentation, and
the PowerPoint controls shown below will not be present on your user interface.
Note that you will still be able to view presentations shown on the display
screen that are hosted by other people in the meeting, whether or not you have
PowerPoint installed.

to select a PowerPoint presentation to host on the display screen. |

to close a power point presentation that you are hosting on the display

Commands that apply in both modes:
The PC keyboard arrow keys enable you to look around the room in both modes.

Use the left and right
arrow keys |
|
to look around the room
at different people or at the display screen. As you do this the look icon
will move, and the centre indicator will light, to confirm your action. |

Use the up and down arrow
keys |
|
to zoom in to get a
better view of one person or the display screen, or zoom out to see everyone
at once. As you do this the zoom slider will move to indicate the current
zoom level |
