With our simple, pay-as-you-go, booking process you can be holding your first online meeting within a matter of minutes.

Registering

Registration is free and takes moments; we just need your email address and a password. We'll send you a confirmation email and you'll automatically be logged in and able to book meetings.

Booking your first meeting

Once you're registered and logged in, booking one of our meeting rooms for your business or team is easy.

Choose Book meeting from the menu, then enter some details: date, time, duration, invitees, etc. Once you are happy, click "Make booking" which will take you to our payment page where you can review your booking and confirm the total cost of your meeting. When you are happy that the details are correct, click "Pay by debit/credit card" to transfer to our payment gateway and enter your card details.

Once your payment authorisation has been processed, we'll send you an order confirmation via email, and all invitees will be sent a meeting invitation email. Don't worry whether your invitees are registered with JustMeet - if not, we'll automatically create an account for them, emailing them with the details.

Payment for your meeting will be taken during overnight processing on the day before your meeting is due, or immediately if your meeting is today. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you once payment has been taken.

Changing a booked meeting

You can change or cancel a meeting until 8pm the day before your meeting is due. After that time, a meeting cannot be cancelled or the start time changed.

Meetings may be extended or moved to a larger room at any time, even during your meeting.

Joining a meeting

To join a meeting, whether you booked it or not, you must be logged in. On the Meetings page you'll see a summary of your scheduled meetings. Just click "Go" to join the meeting.

The JustMeet client software must be installed before you can join one of our online meeting rooms. If you are using Internet Explorer, and have ActiveX enabled, the client software will automatically download, install and show you to your seat. If you're using Firefox, or have ActiveX disabled, you'll be re-directed to our installer page where you can download and run our standalone installation program.
